EPHEMERAL ENDEAVOURS

Within the `Ephemeral Endeavours´ project, I work with three different, light weighed natural materials, which - in nature - are carried by the wind to different places.

To manifest this beautiful process in an artistic way, I copy it in the darkroom by moving the `wind objects´ over photo sensitive paper, using air.

The movement of the objects, which are designed to move, is thus inscribed on the photographic paper.

The results are really quite touching, as the different intensities of black, white and grey, which emerge through moving the objects, convey a feeling of lightness and flirtation.
